Afghanistan expert association

Chapter 1

General:

Article 1: Afghanistan expert association is the name of this organization and henceforth is placed in the charter of this association.

Article 2: This association is non-profit, non-governmental body which acts independently and away from every political orientation. This association is corporate body and board of directors is legal representative of this association.

Chapter 2

Goals and activities of association

Article 3: Goals of association are:

·         Establishment of a comprehensive database of afghan expert in all over the world.

·         Enhancing the amount of producing science in Afghanistan by placing and introducing of articles, researchers and … on in the international arena.

·         Introducing jobs and educational opportunities.

Article 4:  Activities of association are:

·         Establishment of relation and coordination with other scientific and educational organizations in line with pursuing the goals of association.

·         Holding scientific and technical conferences and workshops.

·         Creation, management and development of the site of association (www.afgexpert.com)

                 Note1. Other activities that are not stipulation chapter of association will be operational after the approval of board of managers.

Chapter 3

Article 5: Body of association:

·         Foundering members.

·         Board of managers.

·         Specialized groups.

Article 6: foundering members comprised of five people viz:

·         Reza Saburi born in 1981

·         Yaghoob Safari born 1980

·         Mohammad reza Alavi born in 1981

·         Mohammad Azimi born in 1981

·         Mohammad Mirazaie born In 1983

Article 7:Power and responsibilities of foundering members.

1-1   Drawing up and ratification of charter.

1-2   Choosing the members of board of managers.

1-3   Supervising activities of board of managers.

1-4   Authority to dissolve the board of managers.

Article 8:Board of managers comprised of three main members and one rotating member. Board of managers are designated biennially   by the foundering members of association and in case of resignation and abdication by one of managers, another one fill for him/her by the selection of foundering members.

Article 9:Power and responsibilities of boards of managers:

·         Designation of management of association that occurs biennially.

·         Managing the activities of association according to the charter of organization.

·         Choosing the managers of specialized groups.

·         Selection and introducing the representative for the association to participate in scientific and educational conferences on behalf of association.

·         Implementing the scientific and educational plans in line with the frame work of the charter of association.

·         Devising plans for supplying the expenses of association.

·         Coordinating for conferment of research and educational scholarships.

 

Article 10:Specialized groups

. Running the specialized sections of the site is the responsibilities of managers of specialized groups.

Chapter 4

Article 11:

Normal Members:

Those who have academic degrees or don’t have such degrees, but instead enjoying some skills in other fields without certificates can register in this site (Afgexpert.com). And after confirmation are recognized as a member of this site.

.institutional bodies can be a member of association after the approval of board of managers.

 

Active Members:

    Any one of the members who can further the goals of the association with regard to his/her expertise will be recognized as an active member after the confirmation of board of managers.

    Any one from the active members can act as manager of one of specialized groups and will be entitled to myriad of perks with regard to their activities.

Honorary Members:

    Afghan and foreign luminary who have reputable positions in social and scientific fields can do a favor to us and be as a member of honor.

Membership expires in one of the following items:

Written registration.

Recognition as an undesirable member.

Confirmation of dismissing of a member lies on board of managers.

Chapter 5

Budget and marginal items:

Financial resources of association is :

·         Educational programs

·         Attained revenues from the activities of specialized groups

·         Advertisement in site (afgexpert.com)

·         Donation and financial support in case don’t conflict with the aspiration of the association.

In case of liquidation of association all the possessions and belongings of the association is dedicated to one of research and educational institutions inside Afghanistan.
